I offer one-to-one therapy on Mondays at Kensington Counselling Rooms close to Gloucester Road underground station in London. If you would prefer to talk via Zoom, I can also arrange this.
Therapy sessions usually take place weekly for 50 minutes and will be a combination of talking and movement, whichever you are comfortable with. You may choose to work with or without music. The session will finish with a reflection of your experience. Using this pattern we'll build a supportive therapeutic relationship to help you explore your feelings and experience.
Please use the contact form below to make an enquiry. I will get in touch to arrange an initial session to get an understanding of your needs and assess how I can support you best. We will then organise 6-10 sessions to begin with, taking time to ensure that the therapy is effective and a good fit for you. It may be that these sessions are sufficient, or we may decide to continue into the longer term.
£60 per 50 minute session
£30 for initial session
A reduced rate is negotiable for teachers, students, carers, NHS staff or those whose income has been affected by the COVID-19 pandemic.

I have run creativity and wellbeing workshops for therapists in training (at Jill Carter Training) and for teachers and education support staff.
