Individual Therapy
I offer one-to-one therapy on Mondays at Kensington Counselling Rooms close to Gloucester Road underground station in London.
Therapy sessions usually take place weekly for 50 minutes and will be a combination of talking and movement, whichever you are comfortable with. You may choose to work with or without music. The session will finish with a reflection of your experience. Using this pattern we'll build a supportive therapeutic relationship to help you explore your feelings and experience.

Please use the contact form below to make an enquiry. I will get in touch to arrange an initial session to get an understanding of your needs and assess how I can support you best. We will then organise 6-10 sessions to begin with, taking time to ensure that the therapy is effective and a good fit for you. It may be that these sessions are sufficient, or we may decide to continue into the longer term.
Prices
£72 per 50 minute session
£55 reduced rate for students and carers
My fees should not preclude you from accessing therapy; please contact me if you are seeking therapy and on a low income so that we can discuss a level of payment that works for us both.
Group and wellbeing work
I lead group therapy sessions and wellbeing sessions by arrangement, whereby I can come to your premises or I can arrange a space for your participants to come to me. Please use the contact form to get in touch.

Groups for people with schizophrenia
I have been working as a therapist with people who live with schizophrenia for nearly 10 years, both one to one and in groups, held in supported accommodation. My therapy groups offer a supportive and creative opportunity for self-expression through movement, allowing for non-verbal expression; be it of joy, anger, sorrow, grief or elation. Therapy groups reduce isolation and offer moments of connection to participants who may otherwise find connection difficult, and physical activity where medication can often induce apathy and inertia.
A therapy session would usually last an hour and would often involve a check in, a guided warm-up, a creative movement session, space and time for reflection and a closing sequence of sharing and thanks. A therapy group grows and develops over time according to the preferences and suggestions of the group members, and I work according to the age, abilities and needs of the participants involved.

Creative wellbeing sessions
I also offer creative wellbeing sessions for people who work with people. These are suitable for people working within organisations such as schools, clinics, halls of residence, charities- wherever the demands of the work make it impossible to make time for the needs of the self. I have previously run such workshops for teachers and education support staff, and for trainee psychotherapists. Please contact me to discuss the needs of your organisation in more detail.

Environmental Arts Therapy
Environmental arts therapy is a way of exploring our relationships with ourselves, each other and the world, in finding references and metaphors for life through nature. It usually takes place out of doors in green spaces, parks and woods open to the public.
I recently completed training on the Introduction to Environmental Arts Therapy course run by EAT UK with Gary Nash and Vanessa Jones, and I’m a regular participant of the ‘Circle of Trees’ in Highgate Wood, to support my practice. I’d like to offer environmental arts therapy to those who are curious about working creatively outdoors in nature.

If you are interested in exploring environmental arts therapy with me, please get in touch via my contact form to arrange a consultation and initial session.

Sessions could take place in Fox Wood, Ealing, or in other suitable public locations in London, dependent on travel and suitability of access.
