Wellbeing Through Creativity and Movement

During this pandemic, you may be working longer hours, feeling the lack of social contact and spontaneity as well as limited opportunities for physical touch, all of which can dull our sense of self and wellbeing.

Maintaining good self care can feel like a full time job in itself.  Through the use of guided movement and reflective creative tasks, as well as practical tips for self-care, these workshops will gently help you find a sense of resilience and space for yourself again.

I'm running online creative wellbeing workshops suitable for all of us who work with people. The next workshop is on Saturday 6th March  from 10-1pm (GMT).

You'll need a private space in your home to move, and to be able to access Zoom, ideally on a laptop. No movement experience necessary. Maximum of 8 participants.

Price: £20 • £5 low income • free to NHS staff
