Wellbeing Through Creativity and Movement

During this pandemic, you may be working longer hours, feeling the lack of social contact and spontaneity as well as limited opportunities for physical touch, all of which can dull our sense of self and wellbeing.

Maintaining good self care can feel like a full time job in itself.  Through the use of guided movement and reflective creative tasks, as well as practical tips for self-care, these workshops will gently help you find a sense of resilience and space for yourself again.

I'm running two new online creative wellbeing workshops on Saturday 5th December and Saturday 9th January, from 10-1pm (GMT) suitable for all of us who work with people.

You'll need a private space in your home to move, and to be able to access Zoom, ideally on a laptop. No movement experience necessary. Maximum of 8 participants.

Price: £20 • £5 low income • free to NHS staff

What previous participants have said...

"It was great to spend time focussing on ourselves. I felt much better and relaxed after the session."

"It got me up and moving and thinking about my needs in a time when I am mostly thinking about needs of others."
